House Numbers

Just slightly better than the foilish adhesive ones.

DWR House Numbers

Based on the iconic lettering that midcentury architect Richard Neutra specified for use on his buildings in the 1930’s – 1950’s, this complete set of stainless steel house numbers was produced through collaboration with son Dion Neutra and an independent type foundry. Precision crafted by a 50-year-old metal fabrication shop, each number weighs half a pound and installs on flat surfaces without visible hardware. Designed to float slightly above the wall surface and cast subtle shadows, the numbers are always clearly visible.

Overture House

Ginger Finley, 2003

Elegant, clean and modern, these house numbers do their job beautifully and still get the pizza guy to the right place. Crafted of architectural grade stainless steel, they stand 5″ tall and attach cleanly with wall anchors from the back, leaving no ugly screws to mar their appearance, and creating dimensionality as the numbers stand 3/8″ off the wall.
